About Me:

My name is Jason Nordyke, I was born in Waukegan, Illinois, in May of 1976. I currently live in Naples, Florida. I'm 30 years old. I grew up in northwestern Indiana where my family currently resides. I have no clue as to when I was exposed to Histoplasmosis. I think this is what bothers me the most because I keep wondering when and where I was exposed as no one else that I knew growing up has this disease. I was first diagnosed with Fibrosing Mediastinitis in July of 2006.
